The New Health Discipline - Epinutrition

I'm introducing the first reference of a new health discipline, and with this I am the first practitioner, albeit perhaps grandiose to some. Peri-nutrition is the new health discipline given name and therefore I am perhaps the first Peri-nutritionist. An extention on the mainstream nutritionist label which is only focused or only capable of perhaps understanding, and therefore prescribing calorie based diet methods with macronutrients at its base. Micronutrients are in a nutritionist scope but not applied as it should be, while not understanding minerals for instance.


Epigenetics is an idea where this nutrition idea perhaps takes direction, and as I write perhaps I need to consider that this new name mentioned above should perhaps be epinutrition - and myself an epinutritionist. The reader has witnessed the founder's already transformation in name application. Now to the scope. Epi, meaning above and therefore the extension on mainstream nutrition, on digestion, absorption, and ultimately the dependable access on the declared 90 essential micronutrients that all humans and vertebrates require from conception to end of life. An end of life which is decades longer for humans vs our mainstream understanding of health and disease.


We think the effective doubling of our life expectancy since the turn of the 20th century is something to awe over. No. The life expectancy of 45 in 1900 would suggest there were no 80 year olds walking around. But there was plenty. The data was curved south as the infant mortality rate was significant. As we incorporated childbirth into allopathic medicine, the preservation of life, and effectively a triage situation was adopted into an infant emergency environment. There is much more to this discussion but back to Epinutrition.


I am hijacking the term Epinutrition which is already used by a horoscope nutritionist with few followers, as I contend this ineffective utility of the concept. 1 minute was all I searched for in google to seek a competing concept, and if there are others, so be it. My pursuit here is of the most accurate scope I believe in my humble and grandiose belief at the same breath. There is the authority of nature at play in this application of nutrition. The physical digestion, absorption, and supply of micronutrients to mitigate disease and extend life perhaps 30-50 years longer in human life. We've extended the life of our captive animals in the last 50 years but not humans. We have insurance and pharmaceuticals don't you know.


So I am going to wrap up this introduction to the world. Epinutrition, and I as Epinutritionist is offering to save the world into mitigating illness and increasing longevity. There is even an answer to climate change! Biomass also requires micronutrients, and this is a teaser to illustrate what is happening in this space. As the writer can't market himself into a regular job even, I hope to be vindicated in not so many decades in the effort I continue with now. Saving our health from deterioration. We are heading to a lower life expectancy, not higher. Watch this develop over the forthcoming decades. If we are unable to even get the life expectancy direction right, how could we continue to trust the mainstream healthcare complex.


A note to ponder over. If the USA spends more on healthcare than the rest of the world combined, and rate over 40th in the world of nations in life expectancy, this is enough to glitch your thoughts I expect/hope. So let's sort out your digestion, absorption, and dependably get micronutrient supply via supplementing (impossible naturally given our food supply chain issues). Save ourselves and close others while the mainstream blames you, the whole mislead genetics, lifestyle choice, and luck explanation complex, while MDs collect astronomical sums of money from just a consult. If the reader dismisses this attempt to save our health, I urge a revisit in 30 years (pick your time) to compare notes, if you are living. I will vindicate the health approaches with better outcomes than what this methodology offers. And I hope this health discipline could be vindicated if it outperforms the rest.


Even while mentioning the chassis of this approach in the brief model of digestion, absorption, and dependable access to micronutrient supplementation, many a so called professional and learned health guru could already be missing things in their health outcome efficacy if they are drinking at meals, exercising without more micronutrient intake, and eating anything near gluten, oils, sugar, and nitrates/nitrites. A further concept teaser for those new to this already plentiful space of health content.
